After a close brush with the law, Oliver wakes in the lovely home of Mr. Brownlow and shares the kind company of Miss Bedwin, as they watch the first street vendors start to arrive on the street outside their window, singing the beautiful tune "Who Will Buy (This Wonderful Morning)?"
