Phantom of the Opera Cast 2012

Congrats to all who were cast!

If you were not cast and would like to discuss your audition you may make an apt. STARTING MONDAY OCTOBER 17^TH. Remember YOU must contact me, not your parents. You can contact me at heather.biddle@risd.org.

If you were cast: here are IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER.

1. Monday Oct. 17^th 4:30-6:30 OPERA ENSEMBLE, BALLET GIRLS, PRINCIPLES
2. MONDAY OCT 17^TH 6:30-8:00 MANDATORY PARENT MEETING. EVERY ACTOR Must have a parent or themselves in attendance!
3. Theater Production Credit will be turned in Monday October 17^th. If you have not initialed the list by that day we will assume you are turning down your part and forfeiting your ability to receive credit.
4. Rehearsal schedule will be handed out in full on Monday Oct. 17^th. If you are not called for rehearsal please stop by room 208 or 209 to pick up your rehearsal schedule.
5. Fundraising is well underway for Phantom, but we are asking that the ACTORS/CREW AND PIT help us and take an active part in fundraising as well. Your parents will be getting information on Monday the 17^th, but start thinking about this now!
6. Costume measurements must be taken by Friday October 21^st, if you do not have your measurements taken during rehearsal please stop by room 208 to be measured before NEXT FRIDAY!

We are looking forward to an amazing show! It is going to be an exhausting four months, but it will all be worth it in the end!
