Debi Lewis has been on the faculty at Pearce since 1980. She has a B.S. from SMU in Deaf Education, with certifications in Special Ed. Theatre Arts, Speech, Social Studies, ESL, English and Reading. She has a Masters degree from UNT in Educational Administration. Debi teaches Theatre Arts I, Street Law, Sociology, and Sign Language. She assists in costumes and publicity for all Pearce Theatre productions. In addition to being the Theatre Dept. Head, she is the Senior Class sponsor as well as the National Honor Society sponsor. Debi is married and has two sons who are Pearce graduates, a son currently a PHS senior, and a daughter in 8th grade.

Heather Deitchman Biddle is a 1995 Pearce High School graduate. She spent many years working on the Pearce stage and is ecstatic to come home to lead the Pearce Theatre Program into the future. A graduate of Indiana University, she has been directing children's theatre for the past 10 years. She was the educational director of Repertory Company Theatre for 5 years which was voted twice as the best after school theatre program and best summer theatre program camp in Dallas by the Dallas Morning News. Heather is currently teaching Theatre I and Theatre 3/4. Heather lives in Richardson with her husband and their little budding actress, Brooklyn.

Stephanie Rose has been a middle school and high school theatre teacher and director for the past nine years. She has taught at all levels of theatre, directed over 30 productions, and coached students preparing for college and regional auditions. She holds an AA from Collin College and a BFA from Texas Women's University in Drama Performance. She has been married to her wonderful husband, Adam, for the past three years and is the proud step parent to four wonderful kids (and two canine kids). In addition to teaching and domestic duties, Stephanie has returned to school this Fall to pursue a second degree. She is currently teaching Theatre I and II and splitting her time between Pearce and Richardson High School.
